The Velocity Frequent Flyer Travel Agent and Travel Booker Incentive (Incentive) is offered by Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd (Velocity) and commences at 10:00am AEST on 17 October 2022 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 08 January 2023 (Promotion Period). The Incentive is available to individual travel agents (Travel Agent) and participants in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer program assigned the role of Travel Booker (Travel Booker),as set out in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Loyalty Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.virginaustralia.com/content/dam/vaa/docs/virgin-australia-business-flyer/virgin-australia-business-flyer-terms-conditions-29-05.pdf.To qualify for the 7,800 Velocity Points the Travel Agent or Travel Booker (as applicable) must make at least 20 valid logs within the Promotion Period. A valid log is made where it:(1) is made via the promotional web portal by a Travel Agent or Travel Booker who is a current and eligible Velocity Frequent Flyer member; (2) includes the Travel Agent’s or Travel Booker's (as applicable) first name and their valid personal Velocity membership number; (3) includes a Velocity membership number for an eligible individual3 who joined Velocity during the Promotion Period; (4) includes a PNR for an eligible Virgin Australia flight3 with the new member’s Velocity membership number attached. Velocity reserves the right to validate each log.
Please allow up to 4 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period for the Velocity Points to be credited to the successful Travel Agents and Travel Bookers . Any attempts at participating in this Incentive which do not fully comply with these Terms and Conditions (including, without limitation, any typographic errors) may be deemed invalid at Velocity’s discretion and the decision will be final. Velocity will not be liable for any tax liability or tax reporting obligations, including without limitation income tax, fringe benefits tax, or any liability or loss of opportunity due to reportable fringe benefits, incurred by a Travel Agent or Travel Booker (as applicable), their employer or any other party with regards to any connection with participating in the Incentive or the receipt or use of any Velocity Points. Velocity will handle personal information in accordance with Velocity’s Privacy Policy, available at: www.virginaustralia.com/privacy.
By signing up to the Velocity Frequent Flyer program, the individual must agree to be bound by the Membership Terms and Conditions, available at: experience.velocityfrequentflyer.com/member-support/terms-conditions.
1 An ‘eligible individual’ is an individual who meets the requirements in clause 2.1 of the Membership Terms and Conditions, (available at experience.velocityfrequentflyer.com/member-support/terms-conditions) and is not and has never been a Velocity member.

3 An ‘eligible Virgin Australia flight’ is any domestic, Trans-Tasman and International Short Haul flight marketed and operated by Virgin Australia, in a fare class that normally accrues Points, booked, ticketed and with at least one sector flown before the end of the Promotion Period. Points cannot be earned on Economy LITE fares. Codeshare services marketed or operated by partner airlines are not eligible.

6 With hundreds of products to choose from (think gift cards, the latest technology and electronics, fashion, cosmetics, travel accessories and more), theVelocity Rewards Storegives you plenty of choice to redeem your Points for the Rewards you want. The Rewards Store is run with the help of Collinson Group Pty Ltd ACN 083 835 661 (Collinson). Collinson sources and manages retailers who offer products and services (products) for sale at the Rewards Store. In addition to the Terms and Conditions above and the Velocity MembershipTerms and Conditions, your use of the Rewards Store is subject to any terms and conditions published by Collinson on the Rewards Store or linked from the Rewards Store (e.g. retailer terms and conditions).
7 These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the Velocity MembershipTerms and Conditions, Velocity[JG3]Privacy Policy, MYER Online ShoppingTerms and Conditions, MYERReturns Policyand MYERPrivacy Policy(“collectively Terms and Conditions”). The use and access to Velocity Points and/or MYER.com.au will be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.Velocity Points can be redeemed, in part or in full, online atwww.MYER.com.auexcluding purchases of MYER Gift Cards, Coles Group & MYER Gift Cards, payments towards a MYER credit card, instore purchases and phone orders. A minimum redemption of 3,000 Velocity Points can be made online at MYER.com.au per order/transaction. You cannot redeem Velocity Points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or any other tender. Velocity members may pay for purchases online at MYER.com.au using a combination of Velocity Points and a credit card, debit card, MYER Gift Card, MYER Reward Card Coles Group & MYER Gift Card. The MYER Returns Policy applies to all orders/transactions. Any items received as a result of Velocity Points redemption may only be refunded for the applicable Points value redeemed for such item. Change of mind refunds will be provided as a MYER Returns Card (valid for three years from the date of issue) for the portion paid using Velocity Points. Any remaining balance not paid by Velocity Points will be returned in the same tender as per the MYER Returns Policy. Refunds provided due to a consumer guarantee or relevant regulation such as faulty items will be credited back to the original Velocity account used to pay in the original order/transaction for the amount of Points originally redeemed. MYER one Credits will be applied to the total transaction amount paid, as per the MYER one terms and conditions. All Velocity Program enquiries are to be directed to the Velocity member support team on 13 18 75 8am-8pm AET Monday-Friday and 9am-6pm AET Saturday-Sunday.
