I am new here myself, what a really cool way to meet folks who like things of a Nihon mode.

I am presently teaching myself to learn the Japanese language plus reading and writing. I am also enrolled in schoollearning conversational Japanese.

I have been over to "The Land of the Rising Sun" --Nihon both in 2004 and 2005. This year, I will go back toNihon this year 2006 ! Yeah !

My fav Nihon manga : "Ai Yori Aoshi", "Mahoro Automatic Maiden" and "The Record of FallenVampire", especially written in the Nihongo mode (Japanese Lang.)

Nihon anime favs: "Gilgamesh" very GOTH ! "Voices of a Distant Star", "Noir", just to namea few.

Fav music: New Age, J-pop, folk music, Irish-Celtic toons.

Fav artist (s): Ayumi Hamasaki, Robert Plant (formerly of Led Zepplin), Yoko Ishida.

I wouldn't mind making some new friends, (THANXS !) or Domo Arigatoo Gozaimasu !

I also like listening to Jazz and Classical music as well. I enjoy checking out the artwerk of the artists who submittheir werk ! I am impressed !

My fav artist is Shirow Masamune, the closest person who draws women like Vargas, the artist of the1950's-1980's in a "Fantasy mode" (Not Hentai or Ecchi)

Sure! I also love bands that merge a bit of classical music with rock. Like Magistral.. and some other bands butdefinately Malice Mizer and Moi Dix Mois. I also want to start collecting Mozart cds.
